Man I feel good, almost 100%, except…
Sunday, June 29th, 2008For my left shoulder and left elbow. I believe my elbow is just a little tendonitis, and the shoulder is from heavy inclines the other night. But other than that I feel good. All my out of town weight I gained a few weeks back that bumped me to a little over 210 is gone baby! Back down to lowest weight in over 9 years at 203.4 this am, and that was with no cardio this am. I have been on less than 50 grams a day carbs since Monday, but bumped my flax oil and fish oil intake to 2 times a day, 15 mL of each and I believe my body is adapting. Anyway, I feel good and am starting to see more definition in the abs. My foods to start the week will be pork tenderloin grilled with chipolte Mrs. Dash and salad with home made dressing of olive oil and white pear infused balsamic vinegar with some shallots and spices, yummmmy! The only carbs will be dry rolled oats, 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries in the am for some carb and fiber. So I will have a shake at 6 am, then oats and berries at 6:30, whole food at 9, 12, and 3, then shake at 5, w/o at 6, then shake at 7, and maybe some cottage chesse before bed, low fat of course. This works for me from what I can tell. Cardio will be twice a day again this week most everyday unless other daddy duties pull me off track.
Church was great today, except all the kids I teach in my sunday school class were on doughnut overload, very crazy. Lunch with some friends after church at Olive Garden, salad and a dish called mixed grill, meat, chicken, and veggies. NO Carbs at all. Well a few croutons! Nice trap, calves and ab w/o this afternoon, now relaxing before dinner, then cardio, paperwork, get girls to bed, and rest before I go to bed myself.
