advice on definition?

I’m a pretty small guy and cant really get gigantic.I would like to get cut as hell though; like Brad pitt in fight club cut for example or I guess have some one cut me literaly.. just kidding but I would love some advice. I’m not sure how to eat proper and can’t hire a nutritionist, please leave feed back on books etc! thanks
