So last night was pretty good, energy was still high, I am a sever creature of habit when it comes to the gym
There are certain machines that I love using when it comes to cardio, and when they arent available, my workouts feel a little wierd
But I survived
Yesterday’s diet was really good, im finding that due to the length of my day, that I am still really hungry at night not sure why exactly but its really hard not to over eat right now
Work outs are good and consistent, makes me feel so much better to do SOMETHING every day
The weather is insanely nice here in Boston for January, 60 degrees outside
kinda scary
feels good to be sore every day
and I really like writing everything down. It really helps to see what im eating when
Today is back, bis, and shoulders
should be a killer work out, then I have a few clients and then my core class that I teach
Hopefully I will get in the pool today:) Happy Wednesday to everyone

Well the gym is seriously in super resolution mode, which in many times, can be a bother for many of us, but yesterday I managed to move myself in and around the crowds and really get a hard work out in
The amount of energy and testosterone buzzing around me was crazy! I was definitely feeding off of it, and pushing harder. I am also a trainer for my gym, and really trying to focus on me this year and my DIET and body:) So having eyes on me most of the time is also a huge push because they recognize who I Am, and I wouldnt ever want to be slacking. Diet today was pretty good
1. 1/2c oats, splenda, peaches, and soymilk, Luna Bar
2. Grapefruit and Almonds
3. Chicken, Romaine lo carb tortilla
4. Chicken Romaine, lo carb tortilla, hummus and almonds
……the rest hasnt been consumed im off to the gym
I will have a shake after which is one scoop of whey 120 cals
and then dinner
Tonight Tilapia Green Beens and squash

Well….I am feeling a big sluggish as the afternoon approaches, my work out starts in about an hour or so! I was at the gym late last night closing and then did 30 min extra of cardio which was actually pretty beneficial, it tired me out which is good because I normally leave the gym still on quite a high and can never get right to sleep! BUt since I needed to be awake at 430am, i Wanted to get home and right to bed
So I was full of energy this am, after only about 5hours of sleep, but im definitly feeling it now
Today I am doing chest, shoulders and a lot of stretching, I feel pretty tight from all the cardio and abs yesterday
Diet is going well today too!! when I woke up I had a muscle milk bar, then at the gym at i had 4 egg whites a dannon light yogurt with a couple of strawberries! Then upon leaving a muscle milk pudding
For lunch I had 4 vegan burgers, asparagas and another muscle milk pudding hehe!!
I just had a shake as im typing this 2 scoops cytosport whey with H2O
off to the gym again in a few for my workout
and about 50min cardio
I normally do the arc trainer, and run or swim! I like to run about every other day and swim/arc trainer on the other days
sometimes I do cardio twice a day, although its only been recently
I want to be SUPER lean!!
