Friday’s Workout
Well I made it to the gym today. My spirits are a little low so I almost didn’t go this morning, but I really pushed myself and did it. Today I worked my shoulders and legs and it was a great workout. I wonder if I am going to have that "good sore" feeling tomorrow. I sure do hope so. For me that tells me I am doing something right.
Plus, I made the first step by posting some before pics so that I can track my progression little by little.
