Back at the gym
Well I am back at the gym and I feel so great about myself. I am currently trying for 3times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Monday I did back and Bicep exercises and hit the treadmill for about 20minutes. Today I worked on Chest and Triceps and hit the treadmill for 15minutes. On Friday, I would like to workout my shoulders and legs. I think this is going to be my routine for a little bit and then gradually add another workout day, where I would probably work on abs. I would like to lose a little fat before I start working on abs. I’m not sure if that is wise or not, but it is a choice that I made.
I do feel great about myself since I am really pushing myself to get to the gym to meet my goals. I almost didn’t go to the gym today because I was tired this morning, but I really forced myself to go and I am happy I did. My back and biceps were feeling sore yesterday (which for me is a good feeling) I hope that I will get the same feeling with my chest and triceps so that I know that I am doing the right amount of exercise.
