Day 2 of the Gym
Well, I didn’t go yesterday to the gym. The way I figured was that I had been away from the gym for so long that I should ease myself back into the routine. I did go today though and I feel good. I worked out my chest and triceps. I am taking it lightly though so as to not overdo it and end up getting more dizzy spells or light-headedness. At least I am taking steps to getting back into the gym. Winter break is coming up within the next couple weeks so I can look forward to not having to be up late at night at school and waking up early to go to the gym. I don’t plan on going to the gym tomorrow, but we will see. I will be going on Friday to workout my legs and shoulders. For now I will definitely be going three times per week and then slowly increase the days depending on how I feel. I am feeling much better about myself though, so this is a plus. Just wish it wasn’t so cold. I hate New England…lol.
