Making a good rebound
Thank you friends for your support this last week. I don't think I could have finished the week without each of you. This weekend has been great so far. I started out with a good breakfast (always a plus) and went the the Gaspari demo. I enjoyed myself there. I was the first one there. Ava Cowan and Mark Alvisi are great people. They both look amazing (as you can see on the pic in my gallery). I had a good time talking to them and learning more about Gaspari products. I found out why I'm getting tired from my workouts recently, its an effect of the Mitotropin working in my body. I'm going to start using Size On by Gaspari to help keep my energy and endurance up during my workouts.Â
I did decide to take a week off from training starting next week. My body needs the rest. I'm really pushing my limits and I need to take time for my body to recover and grow. I still plan on doing cardio/abs and my step class on Tuesday. I'm also resolved to work on my nutrition during this week. That has been lacking, so my results are lacking. I read an article today entitled, "Are you giving your body the finger?" After reading it, I realized that is exactly what I'm doing unfortunately. I hope to get that in gear over this recovery/growth week.Â
Come March 8th, all cylindars will be fireing. I WILL be under 250 before March is out. Exciting things and big changes are to come!!!
