Xylitol…
Xylitol hmmm. I just discovered this wonderful natural sweetner and I love it. I use it in making oatmeal cookies, cottage cheese-fruit smoothies, coffee, tea, and lemonade. No more splenda or artificial sweetners…this means no whey supplements with a bunch of chemicals in it. I am now on strictly eggwhites and lean meat as my protein source. I add eggwhites to my berry smoothies and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. I subsitute mayo in my chicken and tuna salad for eggs, olive oil, and plain yogurt…the taste is pretty good.

Hey your diet is pretty solid but I wanna warn you about restricting your carbs too much. Your body will start to hypercrave simple carbs HARDCORE and you’ll be stuffing 20 grams of sugar down your face here and there without evenrealizing it. So, always keep good quality complex carbs in your diet. You always need them for muscle fullness and shape and energy and stress modulation. Carbs aren’t physique killers, sugars are. Carbs fill up glycogen stores in the muscle which enhances the shapes your working hard for. Ever notice how female zerocarb fitness gurus have the body of a 12 year old boy? Not the best way to go.
