Ok, so I am going to throw the stinkin’ scale out the window after all. Have stayed the same since Saturday. Not sure if it is because it is my week where i take all of the brown iron pills or what…but I am not droping. Going to make me scream. I feel great though - we just started a new 6 week workout, so I will give that some time too…I am sore all over OUCH! We did legs (quads and hams) on Sunday, Chest on Monday and Back on Tuesday…My shoulders, my arms, my everything hurts like heck…I am supposed to do hams this afternoon, but I tell ya - the inside of my groin is still so sore, it is hard for me to step up into my Tahoe….can you say AAAWWWWWWWWWW! I will see how it goes…I have been stretching most of the morning, and so hope it will help, and I can get through my hams this afternoon…trying to get back onto a regular schedule…has been messedup for a while.
Mood is great, feel energetic, and am ready to go…cannot wait to start seeing results. Going to splurge on a pari of good calipers soon…then I can pinch and see where BF is…right now I don’t want any pinches though.
Until next time - maybe i will have let the scale live by then.

Here it is Monday again…ugggg! had a great weekend with a Holiday Open house, and then a birthday party on Saturday…I was so good on Saturday night at the party. I had one glass of wine which I savored for a good 45 min (was warm by then). I ate a couple pieces of calamari, and one coconut prawn. For dinner had a house salad with half a butterflied open chicken breast. Water, Water, Water. Stayed the same last week from Wed to Friday. Then Friday I was at 160, and then Saturday morning I was at 159.2…this is where I have stayed since then. Looking for a drop again on the scale tomorrow morning - if not, I may throw it out the window. No, not really, but sure feel like it sometimes.
Been making really good food choices and such, and am looking forward to coming in extra lean and "peeled" as I hear being the new "word" for shredded….

Well, here I am on Wednesday after starting my dieting (clean eating), and I am down 3 lb from where I was on Monday. Yahoo! I am the same today as I was yesterday (161.2), but that is ok…I am hittin’ it hard, and will come out on top, and get this done. Kids - when I told them I was doing this again said (Oh…..again). Actually it was more my daughter than my son - he gets pretty in to supporting me.

Well, here we go - this should be very interesting indeed…trying to diet through the Holidays…let’s see do I have will power??? Sure why not. Can Ray and the kids put up with me dieting through the holidays…that is a great question. They support me a great deal though, so I am hoping it will not be a huge deal.
Would really like to figure out how to get the kids into the gym with Ray and I…it would do them so much good. Besides my daughter wants to do figure, and so we need to get some muscle on her bones.
Well, I will try and keep this updated a bit more…later all.

| Man, where does the time go…have not been real good at keeping this updated. Has been 10 days since I last posted here. Let’s see…in a nut shell, I have been working out, eating clean, and getting a little stressed. My grandma passed on Tuesday morning. Now I am just waiting to hear when the services will be. My weight went up this morning, and I am thinking that it is because of the stress level…should be down with added water consumption. Other than that, things are going ok…hittin’ the cardio harder than ever and trying to get the body weight down. Once I get the fat off, watch out…I am excited to see what I look like under the layer of fat. Posing class starts this Saturday…right around 10 weeks from comp. Have 2 to 2.5 pounds to lose a week in order to make comp. weight. I can do it…I know I can.

Monday Already - YUK! But here we are, plugging away. The weekend was great. I did take some pictures of workout on Friday working out shoulders. Have some bicep pictures and such too. Did not get them downloaded yet though. I am a little ashamed at them too because it was that TOM, and so I am hanging on to about 6lb ofwater weight, and look really smooth. Uggg!
Saturday - worked out hams hardcore, and then went to a meeting for a couple of hours. Came home and my husband had bought a new BBQ. Went grocery shopping, came home and BBQ’d flank steak, large fresh water shrimp skewers, and grilled asperagus. Yum! Had to work that into my numbers, but it all worked out. Then we sat as a family, and watched movies. Great day!
Sunday - went and worked out chest. Then worked on my routine for a little over 2 hours. I am so excited about my routine. It is going to be a lot of fun, and hopefully get everyone involved. Came home and fixted dinner for the family, and then we sat and watched more movies. While watching a movie, our female lab was walking around with a major limp. To the point she was almost not even walking on her leg. You know how dogs get bare patches on their elbows, well one of them is like black, and her joint appears swollen, and just like she is in pain. Scare me…have an appointment with her for tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. So we sahll see what happens.
This morning I rested, and will hit the road for a walk here at lunch. Then we will hit the gym this afternoon and work arms and cardio. Until that time tomorrow…

| Yahoo! It’s Friday…another day in paradise…well, seems that way - it is sunny and beautiful in Washington State today. Wish I were home working in the yard instead of at work, but oh well. Not much to note aside from still pluggin’ away. workin’ hard, and watching everything I eat. Tonight will lift shoulders, and then hit cardio. I am excited. I love shoulder workouts…another fav bodypart. Why - they are pretty well developed, and look great. I plan on taking pictures while I am working out, andhaving husband take picutres tomorrow morning of relaxed poses in suit to post…time to get them up. Have not been able to coordinate a good time to do that the last few days. Do not like to take photo’s at night as I am retaining more water, and so early a.m. works best. So will have pictures up this weekend.
Will start working on routine this Sunday as well…I am getting excited. This means we are a lot closer than what you realize to the actual date. Will be putting a deposit on suit this coming week as well.

| Here we are today…Thursday - another day of hittin’ ‘er hard. Was tired this morning but got up and hit a cardio workout for 45 minutes. Fixed kids breakfast, and then hit the road for work. Will hit the road walking at lunch today…will be interesting since we did quads the nightbefore last and my legs hurt in every possible place you can imagine. Food is in line today for a re-feed day…I will then start low again tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday, and then re-feed on Monday again…love the re-feed days. Yum, Yum! Will work on my routine this weekend…my music is Unbelievable by Diamond Rio…put a fun little twist in it that will remind us of a trip we took last year to Vegas with my trainer and her husband to the Olympia show…is going to be great. I do not want to give it away - kind of a fun surprise for trainer…they are going to laugh so hard…I might too, and might have a hard time getting through the twisted touched-up part.
Well, am at work, and need to actually get to work…will try and take pictures tonight since I did not last night or this morning.
