How BIG can i get naturally??

Why do i grow and stop picking up weight at some stage?….

 Every individuals body is ‘Programmed’ to perform in a certain way,so it can do certain things better than other!Everythings is controlled and balanced by your brain. Your height determines wat your bodies weight margins should be and it will seldom go over because your body looks after itself and tries to keep it in an environment that is best fit to your abilities an safety of your back and joints!

 That guy on my supplements is BIG, can i be like that if i take that?? Naturally,NO. However you can still get farely big because a guy weighing in at 70kg for a bodybuilding competition will look like he weighs just about 85-90…. But don’t stress, unless mr.universe is in your goals, you can get BiG naturally, jus not that big.

When you supplement naturally you stay in a normal state…. Non-natural substinces creates an abnormal environment in your body and thats why you get MASSIVE with those….

Am i getting bigger??

How do i know i’m gettin bigger?? Can my friends see it??

 Odds are your friends won’t notice that you are gettin bigger..wen you get bigger naturally. The people who see you every day will seldom notice the change in your body, reason for that is that your body is constantly adapting to it’s surroundings in order to keep everything in perspective so that "looks aren’t deceiving"… However the best tell tales of you getting bigger will be your shirt collars… you will sweat more. Reason for that is that when your muscles are growing they give off heat, basic science: wenever something reacts with something else,in your muscles eatin up protein, it gives off energy. And here in the form of heat! Your body sweats so that it could attempt to cool itself down… Then your clothes will start to sit a bit tighter and eventually you will notice growth!

IS getting BIG that hard??

How do i get bigger?.. Your body is in either one of three states: Catabolic,Neutral or Anabolic state.

Catabolic State: This occurs when either your protein resourses are exhausted or your body has an abnormal amount of Cortizol,caused by anger/stress,in it. In absence of the sufficient protein requirements your body breaks down it’s own muscle fibre in order to regain that protein it needs, you loose muscle.So if you’re trying to get BIG,this isn’t the way.

 Neutral State: This is the state we are in about 60% of our lives and increases as we get older. When you are here your body only takes up the needed amounts of nutririon in order to run a "Normal" life.Here you don’t loose or gain any muscle, and if you train your muscles jus get fit and not really bigger. This,once again, is not how you are goin to get BIG.

Anabolic State: This is The KEY-element to getting BIG,and ALL the BIG guys will know wat i’m talkin bot. This state,as per normal,only occurs 20-30% of your life and decreases as you’re older.It only occurs when you sleep! about 3 or 4 times a week,normally. This is why it is so important to get enough sleep. When your body enters this state the molecules that interact with your HGH(Human Growth Hormone) in order to build more muscle,combine and form bigger molecules which then in event creates more,Bigger,more intense muscle gains. This State can also be artificially "Activated" By products like Leaukic(Muscle Tech). When you are Anabolic, you get Big and these products cause a Highly Anabolic State which makes you Really BIG really Fast.

Effects from over Training!!(Catabolic State)

The effect that overtraing(Burnout) has on your ability to build muscle is severe. When you "Burnout" it means your body enters Catabolic State which then causes your body to start breaking down it’s own muscle in order to get the needed energy and protein…you lose muscle mass. This state is also triggered by two other major problems that men in bodybuilding has. 1: When you get irritated/Cross or even stressed your body gives off a hormone called Cortizol which helps to calm you down but on the other hand causes Catabolic State.2: The lack of sleep causes that too, The average human needs at least 8 hours of sleep in order to restore their energy levels and get balanced. To Prevent this state make sure that you get at least 30g of protein in every 4 hours.

Workouts!!

Hi Everyone, i’d like to tell you a little bit about how i train. My motto while gymming is : "Go BIG or Go HOME" so i basically train with as heavy weights as possible keeping on one type of exercise between 8-12 reps,depending on the weight,and do them in 3 sets. Training is Going quite well even though i just recently started! I love da Gym… Feel free to comment on my photo’s :)
