How do i get bigger?.. Your body is in either one of three states: Catabolic,Neutral or Anabolic state.
Catabolic State: This occurs when either your protein resourses are exhausted or your body has an abnormal amount of Cortizol,caused by anger/stress,in it. In absence of the sufficient protein requirements your body breaks down it’s own muscle fibre in order to regain that protein it needs, you loose muscle.So if you’re trying to get BIG,this isn’t the way.
Neutral State: This is the state we are in about 60% of our lives and increases as we get older. When you are here your body only takes up the needed amounts of nutririon in order to run a "Normal" life.Here you don’t loose or gain any muscle, and if you train your muscles jus get fit and not really bigger. This,once again, is not how you are goin to get BIG.
Anabolic State: This is The KEY-element to getting BIG,and ALL the BIG guys will know wat i’m talkin bot. This state,as per normal,only occurs 20-30% of your life and decreases as you’re older.It only occurs when you sleep! about 3 or 4 times a week,normally. This is why it is so important to get enough sleep. When your body enters this state the molecules that interact with your HGH(Human Growth Hormone) in order to build more muscle,combine and form bigger molecules which then in event creates more,Bigger,more intense muscle gains. This State can also be artificially "Activated" By products like Leaukic(Muscle Tech). When you are Anabolic, you get Big and these products cause a Highly Anabolic State which makes you Really BIG really Fast.
