It is still taking memore time than I would like to get my self motivation. On monday I will head up yo Seattle and figure on running and working out alot. I figure this because I will be tteaching a class solo and will likely be bored beyond recognition. I am hoping to stay active and not take this chance for granted hopefully I will have some new pictures worth posting and some positive news.

Got back on the treadmill and it feels good. My attitude last night was something to be ashamed of. My wife and son took the brunt of it and I feel bad for that. Ran a total of 5+ miles on the track/treadmill and I am ready to lose that weight

This forth of July weekend was a waste. We went to San Francisco on friday and saturday but didn’t make it to the Gym. Felt like shit. On sunday we did some shopping and still didn’t make it to the gym. Didn’t make much progress but did lose 1lb which is good. This week shall be much better for me because I will be more dedicated. Wish me luck.

Today was a pretty easy day nothin goin on at work. After work relaxed with my son and the wife and I hit up the Gym. She had an appointment with our Personal trainer so I decided it was bi tris and shoulder day. Forgot how weak I am and I hope that changes as soon as possible. After I got this part out of the way I started my Cardio. I actually like Cardio more than Weight lifting but I need some muscle. Ran for 30minutes at a rate of 5.0 for 1min then 5.5 for 26 min, 6.0 for 1 min, 6.5 for 1 min, 7.0 for 1 min. After that I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes and felt like a million. Tonight I shall sleep ike a baby

Had a good run this morning went about 2.5 miles. My Nike + really helps with keeping motivated through the run. I was able to keep up with the rest of the running group and even beat a few people. Didn’t get a workout in yesterday b/c of a car accident but oh well there is always today then tomorrow then the next day then the next. Feel good doing Bis and Tris tonight

Completed a workout this morning. I am back from falling off the bandwagon for about a month and a half. Felt good to be in there again and almost felt like home. Doing Cardio was a bit harder than I remember and I was only doing 5mph at 1% incline. Even then I ran for ten and walked five then ran the remaining 15 for a total of 30min. I am glad this site exists because if for nothing else it helps to keep me organized and reportabe to more than myself. I always felt silly about asking coworkers to notice any change and thought it silly to expect them to even care. This is my thing not theirs and I would rather any of you strangers notice than most any of the people I work with. Whether its that they aren’t true friends just acquaintances or because this offers total anonymity; for some reason this is just much easier for me.
As an added note looking at my fat pictures actually disgusts me and maybe its because they are on here but it just feels worse right now.
