Saturday, January 3rd, 2009Hey guys i was wondering how man people actually use Beta Alanine when working out. Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid..
so i look into using it, i took a couple different brands of it and i found that Beta Alanine Supreme by Charles Poliquin worked the best. I took it at 20min into the workout, and then at 40 min. I noticed that i never fatigued, and i always had a pump. I was wondering if any one has had any good results form it.
