Hey guys i was wondering how man people actually use Beta Alanine when working out. Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid..
so i look into using it, i took a couple different brands of it and i found that Beta Alanine Supreme by Charles Poliquin worked the best. I took it at 20min into the workout, and then at 40 min. I noticed that i never fatigued, and i always had a pump. I was wondering if any one has had any good results form it.

How was the heat from it? I was scared away from it a bit by what someone told me about the heat feeling. I took NO for that and some specific aminos. Always heard good stuff about BA and Carnosine tho. Please share. Id lke to try it.

ah i didnt really get any heat from it, it was more of a tingle feeling but that was only if i took too much. I always took to much so i always had that feeling. I think that its an amazing supplement, i could always go forever, never fatigue
