					<description>I know the feeling, I'm going on a short vacation next Thursday for 5 days and I feel the same.  But the difference with me is that I&amp;amp;#34;m going to the beach, so then I get thinking that I definetely want a better looking body to &amp;amp;#34;show&amp;amp;#34; off instead of my usual &amp;amp;#34;love handles&amp;amp;#34; so that motivates me to work harder this next few days.  :-)

					<description>It is pretty interesting how some people can get you going and others just don't do it. Sometimes the ones you don't like make it even harder to get motivated. Lol- I guess it's a good thing that those bowling alleys can put up those gutter bumpers.</description>

					<description>Supplements are so-so. Don't go overboard with the fat burners. Thats just tricking your body to lose fat a different way, compared to naturally doing it. Remember you can't, and you shouldn't, take fat burners forever. Stick with your regular vitamins. I take a multi-vitamin, b-clomplex and a c-vitamin. I try to keep it simple and natural.Research any other supplements you want to take and make sure they are effective and safe.  Good luck and stay strong.</description>

Anyways, I'm no expert by any means but I do feel that beginning to lift weights again will definitely help you out with tonality. When you lift, try to get anywhere from 12-15 reps with every set, no as much weight but I promise you will still feel it. As for supplementation, going with the protein shake is never a bad idea. Ive also given Lipo 6 to the people I train and has worked well in cutting them up. Anyways, keep it touch and good luck!
