September 17 - Legs with Mike (the trainer)
Holy crap. Mike kicked my ass today. Seriously. I did: leg extensions, hack squat, leg press, leg curls, abductors, adductors, one leg lying leg curls, and calf raises. I could barely walk by the end. It’s a good thing that I did cardio this morning because I definately am going to be sore tomorrow…and the next day…and the next. Hah. I did intervals again for 30 minutes. I was supposed to do my triceps today too but Mike advised against it because we did my legs so hard. He was joking that he was going to make me throw up, but I didn’t. That would have been embarrassing!
Oh, and I lost another 1.5lbs. That’s 3 total since Friday. Woohoo! Go me.
