September 16 - Back/Biceps
I worked out pretty hard. I did the new workout that the trainer gave me for my back and then I did my own little biceps workout. Next Wednesday I’m going to meet with him again and he’s going to show me stuff for my biceps/triceps/shoulders/abs. That should be fun. I’m pretty excited about it. I went to the abs class before I worked out but it was a different teacher and I didn’t like it as much. I didn’t feel like we went nonstop like we do with Susan. Oh well, now I know.
