I’m A Mess
Friday, June 29th, 2007Alright, so I’ve been in and out of the gym, doing my own thing, barely running and doing cardio because it is so boring by myself, and then stuffing my face with potato chips every chance I get. THIS IS BAD!! I don’t feel like I’m getting fatter, but I do feel gross (Thanks Lipo-6) Haha.
Anyhow, over the course of the past few weeks I had completed my workouts all the way through B1 but I just haven’t updated it…
DAY A3
Flat Press 100E - 19 (Last Time 90E - 25)
Upright Row 80 - 14 (Last Time 60E - 18)
Seated Row 80 - 17 (Last Time 80 - 15)
Skullcrushers 40H - 6 (Last Time 35 - 13) **They didn’t have the 35lb. barbell so I just used the 40lb. and sqeeked out a few.
DAY B3 - I went to the new gym and did these but I didn’t write anything down. I just kept the weights the same because I was tired and hadn’t been to the gym in a while.
DAY A1 - I don’t remember what weights I did on these because I went to the new gym where they have the rubber weights and nothing compared correctly so I didn’t write anything down. I tried to remember what weights I was doing but I never wrote it down in here so there is no way I’m going to remember now, since I can’t even remember what I had for breakfast.
DAY B1 - The same is true for this day. I did approximately the same amount on the weights because they were just machines but I didn’t write anything down. It is more difficult to write things down when I go to the gym without Ben because he always has his phone and I feel like a retard carrying around my pen and paper.
I think I am just going to start all over again with my A1 at the new gym and write all my stuff down. I am going to start going to the gym before/after work since it is right across the parking lot. And I need to start doing cardio every day. I know I said this last week but starting Monday: NO MORE CHIPS, NO MORE BEER, NO MORE EATING LIKE SHIT! I really have to crack down and have more discipline so I can get my sexy bod. :]
