my experience with NO-Explode is that it gives me a headache when I take too many scoops. However, I've found that it gives me great energy and focus. I don't really lift heavier. But I enjoy my workout more (unless I get a headache because of the NO-E)

Thats understandable, everyone is different and everyone would have different responses to the concentrated products in NOxplode... Have you tried taking half the dosage? People with less of a tolerance can half their dosage to allow their body to remain at a balanced level

I used NO-xplode. I can feel the different right after i took it. I felt focus and strong. However, when i was working out, my heart started beating like crazy. I believe it is the caffeine. I lifted more and saw the pumped. However, i can't last long because my of my heart

It also made me dehydrate and i wasn't able to sleep (and i am not that sensitive to caffeine). I stop taking it and i still have more than half a bottle sitting in my house now

The way any chemical, healthy or otherwise, affects a body differs from body to body. There's a chance that NO Xplode, or actually the lack of it, has caused this due to the change in body chemistry. It's also possible that psychologically you aren't as motivated because, deep down, you don't believe you'll make as many gains without it.

Honestly though, it doesn't matter which it is. Physiology or Psychology. If your experiment shows that you're better off with it, then make sure you keep that stuff in stock ;)

I had the same thing when I ran out of NO-Xplode. It's good stuff and it works. Good call about taking some time away from it though.
