100 squats
6 Pull Ups, 6 Dips
80 squats
12 Pull Ups, 12 Dips
60 squats
18 Pull Ups, 18 Dips
40 squats
24 Pull Ups, 24 Dips
20 squats
30 Pull Ups, 30 Dips
My Time: 19:21
Then 3 sets 10 reps of Tire Tossing &
Finished with a 400 meter (1/4 mile) Farmer’s Carry w/20 lb Dumbells for time.
Time: 4:38

now lets get under 19 minutes. that is a good way to do your workouts. I do time mine but not like that. I will start timing mine that way when the new year starts
