12 Pull Ups, 12 Dips
60 squats
18 Pull Ups, 18 Dips
40 squats
24 Pull Ups, 24 Dips
20 squats
30 Pull Ups, 30 Dips
My Time: 19:21 

Then 3 sets 10 reps of Tire Tossing &
Finished with a 400 meter (1/4 mile) Farmer’s Carry w/20 lb Dumbells for time.
Time: 4:38
