A good day all around!

45 min. on the stationary bike first thing this morning and the a great workout with the weights this afternoon. AND on my weekly weigh in I dropped another pound and a ahlf, down to 192! Off to a good start this week.

Monday, May 28th, 2007

0730 AM today 45 min. on the stationary bike, some Whey and Carboplex then a 12 mile bike ride with my 11 year old! The rest of the holiday we’ll spend out at the lake trying catch some crabs!

Started off the day with a 12 mile bike ride at about 12mph at 0730 am for a cardio workout, felt great, weather was outstanding. This afternoon the weight training awaits.

Supplementation

Tomorrow ends my creatine cycle and I’ll be off it for the next two weeks.

I did up my protein intake on my post-workout shake from 25 to 50 grams of whey and started taking BCCA’s  Thursday post workout and at bedtime. We’ll see how that works out in the coming weeks.

My “Off Day”!

Got at 0630 and decided to do 45 minutes of carido on the stationary bike then cut 1/2 acre of grass with a push mower this afternoon. Took a nap then a evening bike ride for about an hour. I did get my meals back on track today.

Sat. eating is tough…….

Started off great today with a 12 mile bike ride at 7am, but my meals were off, not the what but the when. Seems to be a problem eating my meals when I’m supposed to on Sat., with everything around the house and family going on. Weekdays are easier with a set schedule for work, etc.

Just finished an hour of weight training but didn’t quite feel like I should have, not eating on time sure has an effect on a workout!
