The Diet…..

Posted the supplement plan yesterday, here is the diet…

 Meal 1. Oatmeal w/skim milk

Meal 2. Tunas steak on whole wheat w/side salad or veggie.

Meal 3. Grilled chicken breast (no bone/skin) sweet potato or brown rice, veggie.

 

Any suggestions????

Supplement Program……

Monday, April 23rd, 2007

1. Whey Protein & 5 grams Glutamine & Carboplex in water.

    (Right after 45 min. of cardio)

2. Soy Protein & 5 grams creatine w/skim milk.

   (between breakfast/lunch)

3. Whey Protein & 5 grams Glutamine & Carboplex w/water.

   (Right after weight training)

4. Whey Protein mixed with fat free yogurt hour or so before bed time.

5. Multi-vit (in AM) and fish/flax/borage oil (3x day).

Started Creatine

Started to add 5 grams of creatine a day to my supplements. I’m expecting to get some weight gain for a few days as a result. But the waist is down 2 inches so far!

Great Meal Tonight!

Sliced boneless chicken breast, sliced yellow pepper, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms and a touch of garlic simmered in extra virgin olive oil then wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla!

Who says eating healthy is boring!

Typical Day’s Diet

Saturday, April 7th, 2007

Meal 1

Bowl of Oatmeal with skim milk

Glass of Orange Juice

Meal 2

Soy protein w/skim milk

Banana

Meal 3

Garden Salad w/grilled chicken or tuna

Iced Tea

Meal 4

Whey Protein w/water

Grapes

Meal 5

Chicken, mushrooms, onions and peppers stirfried in olive oil in a whole wheat wrap.

Meal 6

Whey Protein and natural peanut butter shake.

Supplements

Multi-vitamin and fish, flax and borage oil cap with breakfast.

Second fish, flax and borage oil cap in the evening.

 

Trying to loose 25 pounds, lower my cholesterol and NOT loose any muscle mass at the same time.
