DIET

This is the hardest part for me. I give in to temptation so easy. Today was easter and i prolly ate more candy than my stepdaughter did and now i’m regretting it. I feel like i try to resist but can’t. Its not always junk i eat, sometimes its clean food but I over eat. With my schedule (school from 8-3 & work from 4-11) imma have to start preping food on sundays, storing it in portion size containers, and only allow myself to eat that. I don’t know what else i can do.

I’m the same as you so I know exactly how you feel. I sometimes cheat with bad food but alot of the time I overeat on ‘healthy’ food as well. Temptation with diet is my major problem. I’m going to actually schedule two small cheat meals a week. I tried to go from 0 - 100% eating clean and it was too much. I recommend still allowing for treats occassionally until you are strong enough to resist altogether :) good luck

I’m feeling like you are. A lot of junk food made it into my house this weekend and if it’s here, I’m probably going to eat it. Hopefully I can get mad before I eat it as motivation instead of after in regret. But I think your pre-packaged food plan sounds great and should really help. Hang in there…this weekend is finally over and a new week has begun!
