Weight training
So I have been doing the P90X program and it has work great so far but I want a lil more muscle and the only way to do that is to lift heavier. I start training in the gym tonight. Hopefully I can keep up my consistancy. Its going to take a little pushing myself since it is going to be after work and not before but i think I can handle it. My goal is to loose about 10 more lbs while putting on some muscle and to feel comfortable in my swimsuit for Memorial Day celebrations.

That program seems to come with a ton of DVDs. Do you get all of them when you order? The program seems to be probably one of the best "as seen on TV" fitness routines I have seen. Good luck to you and enjoy the gym!
