I am doing this cardio routine right now
I begin at 8kmph for a minute then for 2 minutes on 12kmph then after doin three such cycles I go for a minute at 8kmph and then at 17.5kmph for 30sec’s only then come back to 8kmph, i do this about 6 cycles and then i cool down for 5 minutes on the strider, this thing is real good really tires me down and the most amazing thing is that it is not bad on my joints,as i thought it would be, lets see maybe in a week i may drop another 2 pounds of body fat.
