I am doing this cardio routine right now

I begin at 8kmph for a minute then for 2 minutes on 12kmph then after doin three such cycles I go for a minute at 8kmph and then at 17.5kmph for 30sec’s only then come back to 8kmph, i do this about 6 cycles and then i cool down for 5 minutes on the strider, this thing is real good really tires me down and the most amazing thing is that it is not bad on my joints,as i thought it would be, lets see maybe in a week i may drop another 2 pounds of body fat.

I have been trying this stack now, for two whole weeks and its really really good,

two tabs of life extension green tea (lightly caffienated)
two tabs of  guggubolic from syntrax (a whopping 60 mg)

two tabs coleus from life extension (wow these two can get you thyroid in an over drive)

two tabs of syn 30 (60 mg of synephrine)

two tabs of cissus (prima force)

two tabs of yohimbine from higher power (24 mg of alkanoids) (wow this can really help you with blocking fat in your lower body)

and when you couple it up with nutrex niox four tabs and cr2 (alri) 3 tabs this thing sends you into fat burning over drive.

having the stack two times a day one serving before your cardio can really really get your fat down.

best part about stacking is you can regulate what you want and what you don’t, try it i am getting good results inspite of being a meso endo and not cutting my carbs as i used too.
