IN THE NEW YORK CITY AREA? TRANING FOR A FIGURE COMP?

Ive decided to train for a figure competition (Ive lost a total of 72 pounds, and want to do something special for myself). The competition is coming up in April, however it is the first competition ive ever done and Id like a penpal or a mentor that i can bounce ideas off of, and maybe even meet up and train with every few weeks.

Is anyone interested?

Im into traning hard....I can make a grown man cry...:(

HELP!!! WHATS WRONG WITH MY DIET/TRAINNING

Im not lossing weight! I know I lift heavy weights, and I do notice my body changing...blah, blah, blak, but eventually shouldnt I start lossing weight? I mean GOD!!! what is the deal... this is my diet and training schedule, mabye you guys can give me some advice

DIET

Breakfast: PREWORKOUT 1/2 cup of Ezekel 4:9 FLax cereal + 3/4 cup of Organic Soy Milk + 1/2 bananna    ( 300kal )   

Snack: POSTWORKOUT 1.5 scoop GNC Protien poweder + Greenlife Powder + 1 Cup of Fruit  (smoothie)     (300kal )

Lunch: Spinach Salad w/ 2TBS of olive oil, Parmesean Chesse, Vinager, canned Tuna, Courtons          (500kal)     

Snack: 24 Almonds and 4 Dates                                                                                                      (300Kal)

Dinner: 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup of melon fruit                                                                             (300kal)

Snack: 2TBS of Peanut Butter Organic, 1/3 cup of rasins, 2 stalks of celery                                          (350kal)

WORKOUT: 3 days a week i do cardio and weight, 3 days cardio 2 hours + i workout 6 days a week

1.5 Cardio I try to burn at least 1,000 kal

1 of weight lifting (Heavy Weights)

at least twice a week I ride my bike to the gym that takes about 30 minutes....

P.S

Please dont tell me that im working out to much because if i reduce my cardio, my weight starts to climb up, and i get cottage cheese legs.... so reduction is not an option.

Coming up for Air

Wow I went on a beer binge, didnt go to the gym or watch what I ate for 6 weeks and went from a toned 163 to 179, daym.

Im back at it now weighing in at 165, still trying to get to that all powerful 145.

When I think back to that 6 week binge, I feel like I was walking through water, (slugish, drowing in my own selfdistruction) when I got back to my "naturaller" weight it felt like I had come up for air.

I feel better mind, body and spirit.

I really hope I dont go for a that swim again...

Heres to staying aflot.

Am I A BING DRINKER/EATER?

Im went on a bing of beer, pizza, and Chocolate, for 3 days and gained 4lbs. Can you believe it! 4 lbs!!!! that's more then a pound a day. My face is all bloated, Im almost to embarrassed to go to the gym....almost.

I found myself crying on the treadmill today. I was at the gym for 5 minutes and had to leave!

I was doing so well too. hitting the gym 6 days a week, eating all the right foods, I just lost control on halloween. The devil made me do it!

Since Ive stopped drinking, taking supplements, and eating right I find myself crying a lot more?!

Solution:
I just gotta hit the gym again, go back to eating right,
but most importantly; I need to write a blog EVERYDAY, so I can become accountable for my actions....

I hate my body today

I hate my body today. Im on the verge of tears, and Im quit sure before I finish this blog Ill be crying a river.

I think Im going about this body transformation of mine all wrong!
I spend 2 to 3 hours a day at the gym, I eat 120 grams of protien. Eat every 3 hours, take in 1,500 kal. I dont drink any alcohol. take vitamins, supplements...Im doing everything right.

But I seems to be getting BIGGER!!!!... I mean muscular. know I dont mind getting muscular in the right places but Im also developing muscular in Girth.

If I was a man Im sure Id be estatic, but I dont feel feminine, I dont feel pretty..and most importantly Im not happy.

I also did my mesurements for the week, which may have a play on how I feel as well. I lost 3 inches in my shoulders, gained a few in my chest, lost a few in my wasit, and I think i gained some in varying places... bascially I balanced out in inches!!!

Daym all that work, and I lost 1 pound in 4 weeks, and gained like 10 pounds in muscle.

maybe tomorrow I will have a better outlook on my body!
