Although today is just a Chest and Back Day. I will be incorporating an upward pyramid for Abs on a machine as i can see that i have underdeveloped abs.
I will do the set range as 10 --> 50 (heavy to light). I will be doing be doing this now every 3 to 4 days leaving a days break to develop the ab region. I actually read in Muscle Mag (or internet) that doing machine crunches will increase thickness of the ab muscles.. Lets hope it will work.
