Added Syntha-6 Strawberry protein and threw in 2 bannanas…extremely tasty. Next time I will try chocolate and strawberries!

Today I had the best workout I have had in a long time. I was so bored and tired working at the fitness desk today, but once I took my pre-workout drink of green mag, white flood, and some Gatorade I was ready to go! Today was my back day, so I started with deadlifts. I wanted to recalculate my 1 rep max, so I kept stacking on the weight till I couldn’t even lift it off the power rack. I wound up with 270 lbs being my new 1 rep max. I think I could have up-ed the weight more, but my poor hands and forearms weren’t having it. My long term goal now is to have a 400 lb 1 rep max. Hopefully I will reach that soon.
