I knew about that "starvation mode" youre talking about, but I didnt think Id be anywhere close to it, since Ive been eating normally. I guess Im just apprehensive about not losing weight as fast as Id like to. Thanks for your comment.

Well, you still might lose weight. Actually, if you consume too few calories, then your body thinks you are trying to starve it then it will really slow down the metabolism. Funny how that works, eh? Maybe try to add in cardio like walking or running or the stair master to get your legs stronger and slowly add the weights back in--you'll get there! Keep up your hard work and determination!

Thanks for the comment. I said I need to sleep less because I take meds that make me extremely exhausted and I sleep around 9-10 hours, so Id like to sleep just a couple hours less because sleeping too much also makes you tired and drowsy.
As far as diet, I think Im covered, as Im seeing a nutritionist and I will be having my next appointment with her on Monday, and thats where Ill tell her Im running low on energy and see what she says.

Dont sleep less. If you are looking to lost fat, then 4 things are equally essential to meet your goals
1. Training
2. Nutrition
3. Recuperation
4. Supplementation

Training should be aerobic as well as anaerobic. Your Nutrition should be based on a ratio of 20/50/30 % i.e 25 percent proteins, 50 % carbs and 25 % of fats. Eating Clean foods is the need of the day. Recuperation is equally important, 7-8 hrs. will do. Supplementation I have mentioned last, as this is the last thing you have to do. You can try a good multi-vitamin, and if you want a bit quick results, try a fat burner too! Good Luck with your goals!!

you can do this no problem, i did the same thing when i started out, and you do get upset when you know youve lost weight but the scale isn't moving in the right direction. definetly do once a week and in the morning. i went from 225lbs to 163 in a matter of 6 months. keep up the good work and stay eating right. thats the biggest thing!
