Sunday, September 7th, 2008Well, so far its been less than a week on the new diet and I already feel like I might burn out at any minute. Its so hard to keep myself motivated. But I am intending to ride this wave for as long as I can.
Ive only dropped two pounds (in less than a week), but Ive been told its not healthy to drop more than that in a week, so Im happy with that. Next time I weigh myself will be monday.
Current Weight: 220
Goal Weight: 180-170
Going from eating what you want, when you want it, to eating fruits and vegetables, low carbs and scheduled meals is not easy. Also, exercising when youre constantly fatigued from the medication is pretty damn hard. Just two weeks ago I was spending most of my days in bed and not wanting to do anything, stuffing myself with comfort foods. And now Im trying, thats all Im doing, Im trying.
