Monday weigh-in
Another weigh-in day rolls in and Im pleased to report 3.2 more lost pounds in a week. So far so good.
The nutritionist says my fat loss might slow down on the following weeks, but thats ok. Its not healthy to drop weight so fast anyway. Im happy with what Ive done so far and I cant wait till the day when I can fit into my old clothes and buy some new "skinnier" ones.
I got bodyfat measuring calipers as well, and I wasnt surprised to have 27% fat on me. I hope to drop that percentage by a lot, but that will only happen in time. Im so impatient tho, and like most people, I want instant gratification/results, so its hard to have to wait to see real improvements.

Goal weight (long term): 170-180
