Exhaustion sucks

I barely made it through my workout today. I was out of energy and feeling like I couldnt go on. I may have overexerted myself a little but in the end I made it. I wonder why I was extra tired today. I need to sleep less and maybe eat more carbs or at least take an energy supplement.

My meds make me completely exhausted every day, but today was ridiculously worse. I get two days of rest now tho, so I hope I can replenish the smidgeon of energy I have every day somehow.

I need to start weight training soon too. Im getting so flabby all over. Not a good thing at all.

Dont sleep less. If you are looking to lost fat, then 4 things are equally essential to meet your goals
    1. Training
    2. Nutrition
    3. Recuperation
    4. Supplementation

Training should be aerobic as well as anaerobic. Your Nutrition should be based on a ratio of 20/50/30 % i.e 25 percent proteins, 50 % carbs and 25 % of fats. Eating Clean foods is the need of the day. Recuperation is equally important, 7-8 hrs. will do. Supplementation I have mentioned last, as this is the last thing you have to do. You can try a good multi-vitamin, and if you want a bit quick results, try a fat burner too! Good Luck with your goals!!

Thanks for the comment. I said I need to sleep less because I take meds that make me extremely exhausted and I sleep around 9-10 hours, so Id like to sleep just a couple hours less because sleeping too much also makes you tired and drowsy.
As far as diet, I think Im covered, as Im seeing a nutritionist and I will be having my next appointment with her on Monday, and thats where Ill tell her Im running low on energy and see what she says.
