Some lost poundage
Well, yesterday was weigh-in day and I was pleasantly surprised to learn I had dropped another 3.6lbs. That makes a grand total of 5.6lbs lost in two weeks. So far so good, but I hope I dont get the dreaded loose skin Ive been fearing all this time.
Cheat meals are nice but they come with some added guilt. I had pizza today and I enjoyed it but I felt like I had failed for a while, until I shook it off and realized it wasnt that big a deal. As long as Im eating healthy the rest of the week, it shouldnt be too bad.
Sleepiness has embraced me, so Im off to bed. Goodnight to anyone who might some day read this.

Goal weight (long term): 175-180lbs
