The runs and other wonders

Its been a crazy day, full of power irregularities and outages. Im surpriesed my computer didnt fry with the surges.

I havent weighed myself in days and Im DYING to find out if I have dropped more weight or not, and if I have, how much. Next weigh-in is on Monday. I vowed to only weigh myself once a week and not more. I dont want to fall into the trap of insecurity that weighing every day brings me.

Ive been having stomach problems from the literal "overdose" of fiber I ingest now. With all the fruits, vegetables and bran cereal on top of it all, it was obvious I was gonna have the runs or some other stomach issues. The nutritionist switched me from fruit to fruit juice, cut my veggies in half and switched me to white bread for a while to see if it helps. It did help and I no longer feel like Im a ticking time bomb. haha.

The fat around my stomach and love-handles seems to be less dense and even my gross man boobage seems to be less "full" (eeew). So I think I am still dropping weight and losing the fat as planned. Lets wait till monday and see what goes on.
