Crazy weight fluctuations
Well, the nutritionist seems to think Im on my way to lose our goal amount of weight for these three weeks. I dont think so myself, but she is the one who knows more about this than me, so Ill just listen.
Ive lost 2lbs. in less than a week, but the scale is not the best way to judge your progress and I know how tricky it can be. I weighed myself today and I had almost gained back one of those lost pounds. I need to weigh myself only once a week and that should help me in feeling less insecure about the whole thing.
Current weight: 220.8
Goal weight for the first three weeks: 216
Goal weight long term: 170-180

you can do this no problem, i did the same thing when i started out, and you do get upset when you know youve lost weight but the scale isn’t moving in the right direction. definetly do once a week and in the morning. i went from 225lbs to 163 in a matter of 6 months. keep up the good work and stay eating right. thats the biggest thing!
