Rack Deads 425 x 5 x 5
Bent Rows 225 x 5 sets of 5
Alternated Jump Set Style between Floor Press and Deads and Rows.  Could have gone heavier on the Deads but got tired of switching weights for the [...]]]></description>

<p>Alternated Jump Set Style between Floor Press and Deads and Rows.  Could have gone heavier on the Deads but got tired of switching weights for the FP so switched to Bent Rows.
