Face Pulls 3 sets of 15

Band Pull aparts 2 sets of 25

Close Grip Decline Press 225 x 8,  245 x 6,  275 x 2

JM Press 40 x 6 x 6 x 6

Hammer Curls 40 x 6 x 6 x 6

Good Workout.  Took it light on the Presses since I strained my shoulder a few days back.

Donkey Calf Raise 4 plates for 4 sets of 12

Good basic workout.  I’m ready to kill 275 for some front squats.

Got in a session at SC Barbell.  Did the following:

Standing DB Presses  Don’t remember the weight,  pyramided up to several sets of 4
Fat Bar Curls  See above
Dips  50 x 5 x 5 x 5
Hammer Curls 30 x 6,  35 x 5
JM Presses  25 x 10,   30 x 10,  35 x 5 x 5

Cool Gym and a good session.  Tweaked something in my neck during the presses and it’s still aggrevating me though.

Had limited time,  so I cranked out a fast paced triset of Seated Calf Raises,  Wide Grip Pull ups,  and Triceps Pushdowns.  Knocked out about 8 sets then dragged the sled around for a bit.

Hise Shrugs on Big Cat Squat Machine Pyramided up to 5 plates per side for sets of 9
