12/20 Cardio, Low Tech

Today’s return to cardio was interesting.  My treadmill engine burnt out.  So I did my cardio today using long,  powerful strides to keep the belt moving.  Broke down like this:

5 minutes Power walking

2 minute rest

3 minute power walking

2 minute rest

3 minutes powerwalking

2 minutes rest

3 minutes powerwalking
