T-bar Rows 1 plate x 15,  2 plates x 15,  3 plates x 6 x 6 x 6

Incline Smith 185 x 6,  205 x 5,  225 x 3,  245 x 2,  135 x 20

Dips Bw x 10 x 10 x 10

superset with

Bent rows 135 x 15,  185 x 7,  135 x 15

DB Curls 25 x 10 x 10

Very good workout.  Got about 5 hours of sleep the night before,  but managed to crank it out.

Superset w/

Pushdowns 4 sets of 12
Incline Curls 20lbs x 10 x 10

This workout was legit.  I’ve been taking one cap of Neogenix Velocity XT,  and 9 tabs of Twinlab’s Nitric Fuel preworkout,  and I’ve been killing it.  Pumps through the roof and beta alanine tingles everywhere.  Good Times.

supersetted with Leg Curls (wasn’t paying attention to the weight)

Leg Extensions 70 x 15 x 15

Random Notes:  Bumping calories up to 3500-4000 range will probably start tapering down in about a week depending on how fat I’m getting.  :)
