Shred Time!
Saturday, April 12th, 2008Well I’m back on the F*ck Carbs diet. It’s a bastardized version of the Anabolic diet of my own device, where instead of weekend carb orgies I have a nighttime cheat meal/carb up every 4 days or so. iI’m six days in and so far so good…. Energy levels have been good, workouts are kicking and I seem to be visibly leaner. Here’s a sample day!
Meal One: 5 eggs with a little bit of diced tomato
Meal Two: 50 gm protein shake with PB
Meal Three: Baked Chicken, Green Beans
Meal Four: Can of Oil packed Tuna, Little bit of PB
Meal Five: Steak, Veggies
Meal 6: 30 gm Protein Shake with Xtend
(On days I remember I drink about 15 scoops of Xtend throughout the day)
