Success in the Chest!
Tuesday, March 20th, 2007So I measured around my chest today just for the fun of it and noticed that I’ve lost 2 inches there! I’m thinking its because my bust is decreasing the more body fat I’m losing which is good news!
I also was able to do some regular push ups today. For the past few weeks I’ve stuck to doing them on my knees trying to intensify the movement as much as possible but today I decided to move to my feet. Usually I do 3 reps of 10 but today I did 5 on my feet then five on my knees for a total of 15 on my feet. A few weeks ago I could only do about 3 at all! I also upped some of my resistance to my other exercises (5lbs more to the bench press and tricep extensions). It feels good to know that I’m getting stronger even though I can’t really see all the results just yet, these little improvements are keeping my spirits up.
