protein eating

 starting to eat protein , protein, and more protein… I do not eat bad but I need to cut chocolate out and carbs… I have a body goal in mind and I am going to hit it. I have a picture of a body that I want and I look at that when I crave chocolate, also I always have a choc protein drink at my side… not the same but I am getting there. I have read up about how your body breaks down food and in which order so I guess right now I am training my body to break down protein… my brain is in a fog but I am sure this will go away. I have only just begun my journey and struggles… I had a killer workout this am… but noticed I was not as strong without the carbs… that is okay though I am going for looks now not strength.. I know I have that and I know I can build that back up ….I took some picks the month and I am about at the same point right now… but in a couple of weeks…maybe less than that I need to take them again … see how I am doing and take the rough with the smooth to keep me on track… One of my down falls is that when I fail one day I basically tell myself that I screwed up and the whole day is blown… NO that is not true… yes I screwed up but I am going to get back on track that HR not that next day… encouragement is welcomed here!…. help me out! Thanks for reading

holiday eating

oh my how hard is holiday eating. I even coked my own food and everyone elses food looks and smells sooo much better! i have cheated more than i would if i was at my own house but all in all doing pretty well! still no alcohol, which if you knew my family would know that that was the hardest thing to give up.. there are martini’s every where!!!
