protein eating

 starting to eat protein , protein, and more protein… I do not eat bad but I need to cut chocolate out and carbs… I have a body goal in mind and I am going to hit it. I have a picture of a body that I want and I look at that when I crave chocolate, also I always have a choc protein drink at my side… not the same but I am getting there. I have read up about how your body breaks down food and in which order so I guess right now I am training my body to break down protein… my brain is in a fog but I am sure this will go away. I have only just begun my journey and struggles… I had a killer workout this am… but noticed I was not as strong without the carbs… that is okay though I am going for looks now not strength.. I know I have that and I know I can build that back up ….I took some picks the month and I am about at the same point right now… but in a couple of weeks…maybe less than that I need to take them again … see how I am doing and take the rough with the smooth to keep me on track… One of my down falls is that when I fail one day I basically tell myself that I screwed up and the whole day is blown… NO that is not true… yes I screwed up but I am going to get back on track that HR not that next day… encouragement is welcomed here!…. help me out! Thanks for reading
