The transformation campaign has had a very positive impact on my life. It has helped me maintain energy at home and improved work performance on the job. I have two little girls so any extra energy I have definitely is helpful. Most of my life I have been active and in good shape. When we began to have children everyone told me it would be difficult to maintain my workouts. I did not agree, but sure enough I got busy and my weight began to creep up. When I looked in the mirror I was unhappy with what I saw. I looked and felt unhealthy. This did not sit well with me and I felt I wasn’t setting a good example for my girls. Since being in this program, they have seen and now ask to exercise with me. It is a great feeling to do this with my little girls. I also have a history of heart problems in my family and am a firefighter. The number one cause of death for firefighters in the line of duty is heart attacks.  This is a constant fear for me and my family. Thanks to this contest, I have greatly improved my life and health and look forward to a new healthier life with my family. Thank you for the great website, advice and motivation provided by bodybuilding.com. The supplements and support have been very helpful to me. I am grateful for this experience.
