meal 1 - 100g rolled oats + sultanas + 80ml skim milk + 1 scoop ON
meal 2 - 2 cans tuna + 10g nat pb + 4 serves low cal jelly
meal 3 - 15g nat pb + 300ml skim milk + 1 scoop ON
TRAINING
postworkout - 600mL gatorade + 2 scoops ON whey
meal 4 - 200gm skinless boiled chicken + coleslaw
meal 5 - 250g low fat cottage cheese
meal 6 - 250g low fat cottage cheese + 4 serves low cal jelly
