Last week I pulled quad and this week I pulled hamstring last, Friday 1st. So I decided even though I can’t run I didn’t give up and get all pissed like I normally do and decided to take charge of my food intake. I’m eating high protein little card. 5:00AM to 10:00PM Monday I even had 6 Meals. I feel good, not tired like I normally am when I go on diets.

Try to stay active, hurt my left quad, pain from 1-10. About 1.3, expect a week no cardio. But I will do workouts at a faster pace and try to keep up heart rate. Will see if I can reach 5lb goal this week.

From 1 to 10, I ate 5. I usually eat about 50. I drank two Long Islands and ate some pizza but, I still woke up at 600 AM and went to the gym, on vacation.. I usually drink twice a year. Motivation is high and I cant weight to weigh in tomorrow morning to see real weight gain, after I get all that water out of the system. (Then I’ll put it all back in, water is your friend)

-7.5 lbs first week which was good, second week I am expecting maybe -5lbs. Then 3lbs each week after that.

I just found a Body fat test I had done at my gym in 2/27/04, weight 242. So I have just changed my body fat estimates based on that.
