My 1st Blog
Hey everyone! K well this is my 1st blog on bodyspace and i finally decided I wanted to write because I heard it helpsĀ to release stress………….. I try to log-on to bodyspace everyday because everyone motivates me and when I see how well you all are doing it helps me keep going. I just don’t understand sometimes how I can work my butt off and not see any results!! How long does it take to start noticing any type of results!! I guess I just want it to happen over night but you guys I need motivation to keep going!! I love to run and I’m an active person but I just want to be at a certain weight and look great at the same time…. Well i guess now i’m just venting but I just needed to get some things off my mind and well I’m going to be patient and keep working out hard….. thanks for the ears.. laters
