No Motivation this way
i have no urge to go lift for like the past 2-3 weeks because ive been too busy and down with the flu. Since im back at college its hard finding time to lift i got an hour a day to spare. I was going to use that time to workout but im very tired and worn out from the day of school. And i have no extra cash to buy any N.O. supplements to boost my energy levels and pumps. I’m not giving up on my goals- loosing fat, putting on at least 15 pounds muscle by the beginning of summer of 2010. Its rough. Im looking for a accountability partner or something of the sort to help me to motivate me to actually go workout.
