i have no urge to go lift for like the past 2-3 weeks because ive been too busy and down with the flu. Since im back at college its hard finding time to lift i got an hour a day to spare. I was going to use that time to workout but im very tired and worn out from the day of school. And i have no extra cash to buy any N.O. supplements to boost my energy levels and pumps. I’m not giving up on my goals- loosing fat, putting on at least 15 pounds muscle by the beginning of summer of 2010. Its rough. Im looking for a accountability partner or something of the sort to help me to motivate me to actually go workout.

hey people!
first giving God praise i just turned 20! im going into my second year at college..wow!
well let me say that when u truly put forth the effort u will have the power to accomplish anything with the know how and the right stuff!
I have been working on my arms since the month of May and today i put on a Size:Large T-shirt and my arms are gettin bigger, the shirt is tight around them. sweet! thanks to my new improved workout for my arms and rest of my upper body. I found most of all my workouts on Bodyspace and i incorperated them into the mix of my routine.
I weighed my self before typin this and i am 215. my weight is varying everyday between 215-220. I am a college student so i basically eat sleep and go to class monday-friday and i go fellowship on sundays at church. My schedule is tight, i try to put in at least 45 minutes in the gym and just work on specifics. My desire is to weigh 195-205. I used to play football in highschool and when i departed from high school in 08 i weighed in at 185 so its a big jump just in last 10 months. I dont have much time for doing cardio. I have no clue what my body mass (fat) count or index is. i have a little gut which i didnt have in 08. i do though have abs, a strong tight core underneath. My plan is to just eat less fast food and focus on drinking lots and lots of water and finding time just to move around.
if you have any ideals or suggestions on helping me.
any diets, any cardio routines that will make me lose a couple of pounds would be great.
please let me know, much would be appreciated.

Well, it has been 16 days since i have started this workout. I am loving what i am seeing…My arms have grown an inch, my legs are coming along with more defintion and strength, my chest is growing, my back is getting a little bigger, my calves are getting stronger and tighter, my abs are getting tighter.
I have done no cardio during this workout yet, i plan on doing some jogging/walking outside, after i max out again before i up my weight on my sets in the impact workout and once the weather outside gets a little better.
